Secure Shopping

Cequent is conscious of the need for privacy & security for your online shopping experience.

We use sophisticated encryption technology. This means at the checkout, our servers and your PC encrypt (scramble) everything that you enter into your computer, such as credit card details, billing and delivery address. Because it is encrypted, other computers are unable to make sense of it, therefore keeping this information private.

There are visual clues on screen that tell you when you have entered a secure environment. In the bottom of your browser, the key or padlock icon, which is normally broken, becomes solid.

As part of the software used by Cequent there are secure processes built into the store. Specifically the engine ensures:

• Every order has a unique number
• Every order is logged in a robust database
• All your payment details can only be retrieved by Cequent in an encrypted session
• Confirmation emails of your order are sent to you the customer

Email Policy

When you register your email address with us you go on a list to receive email announcements about products, offers and promotions from Cequent and partner brands.We do not disclose your email address to third parties.

Every email message we send includes an email address to which you can respond. If at any time you decide you do not want to receive our emails simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter. This will remove your email address from our mailing list. If you unsubscribe you will still receive emails specifically related to your online orders.

Rola Service Level Agreement (SLA) – October 2024

At Rola, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality of service and products that you rely on. Our team works hard to ensure your orders are processed and sent promptly.

Order Processing and Dispatch:

• Standard Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days.
• Made to Order Items: Please note that some of our Made to Order items may have longer lead times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly with further information.

Delivery Policy

Delivery charges are calculated and added to your order after you enter your delivery location and before you enter your payment details. You get to see the full charge before completing your purchase.

We support delivery of all of our products anywhere in Australia; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this. We do not deliver outside Australia, however overseas orders may still be placed with an Australian delivery address.

The anticipated despatch time will be within 3 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock in which case you will be notified of the expected additional delay.

Deliveries are made by courier. The delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Our delivery charges are as follows:

• Australia wide: $10.00

Description of Products

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Returns & Damaged Goods Policy

At Cequent, we stand by the quality of our product. If you wish to return your product then visit our warranty page for a goods returned procedure.

Pricing Policy

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST.
